Interior design

The plan’s unusual octagonal shape and the peculiar conformation of the roof made the renovation of this small apartment a unique and stimulating experience, inspite of its unhappy location, on the last floor of a mediocre residential building in the centre of Treviglio. The new living area covers up half of the entire surface; the new entrance has been inserted within a wide containment structure hidden behind a leather covered sliding wall. The living room, simply furnished, develops along a wide concrete beam and faces a small private terrace. A sculptural volume made of black metal sheets hides the kitchen appliances and technical spaces.
