A nineteenth century tenement with communal balconies, typical of Lombardy, located in Bergamo and far from the famous old walls of the city. In this working area of the city, we found the challenge in the challenge: to realize a private clinic SPA with an attached residence. The theme of wellness has recently become an adventure in which many architects tested themselves with questionable results. As usual, we preferred to work eliminating the surplus and leaving also in the restoration a little sign of our passage. The ground floor that overlooks the central courtyard, is the centerpiece around which the project revolves. Upstairs, the residences will use the wellness space as a private and exclusive club.
